Administration Assistant

We are seeking a highly motivated Administration Assistant to perform all-rounder duties at our client site based in Moorebank

PRINCIPAL duties of the position are:

  • Excel reporting / updating the system
  • Filing and scanning
  • General office duties
  • Monitoring various other platforms.
  • Efficient and experienced at Word, Excel, Email and general Office administration.
  • The role is demanding and very broad and it is essential the applicant has had at least 3-5 years in a similar position prefereably in warehousing/transport background

    ESSENTIAL skills for this role:
  • Phone friendly, well spoken and very fluent in English
  • Keen to work and build a career in office administration
  • Have own reliable transport
  • Strong knowledge of Excel, Word and Outlook
  • Previous experience in warehouse/transport administration

    The position is full time Monday to Friday.
