Business Lead/Advertising Specialist CX (FT)

  • Delivering relevant strategies for implementing changes to our clients products - based on understanding opportunities for internal customer/user needs, matched with business & technology strategy and capability
  • Planning, delivering and organising advertising policies and campaigns that support client objectives
  • Advise clients on CX based advertising campaigns and concepts aimed at reaching target markets, increasing product utility and market acceptance
  • Delivering a Customer and Staff Experience vision across all customer touch points for our clients
  • Delivering a User Experience & Design capability
  • Providing UX support to new and existing projects or BAU operations including research, usability testing, service design, general advisory and visual design
  • Increasing UX maturity across all our customers

Our team is comprised of researchers, usability testers, interaction designers, service designers, usability and accessibility experts and visual designers.

Role Scope and Focus:
  • The Business Lead will manage all client relationships. Your focus will be on driving project acquisitions in the Australian / NZ Market..
  • This is a revenue oriented position with overall success measured by meeting revenue targets and related sales objectives.
  • You will work closely with the Managing Director identifying, qualifying and designing advertising solutions for both Government and Fortune 500 Clients.
  • To be successful in this position you will have an intimate knowledge of UX, CX based Advertising concepts as well as a solid understanding of Human-Centred Design and be comfortable carrying a budget.

Your Responsibilities will be to:
  • Delivering client based Advertising strategies by developing and maintaining productive client relationships based on mutual trust, your soft skills and intimate understanding of the relationships between people’s behaviours and digital media products.
  • Maintaining a quality pipeline consisting of a qualified portfolio of project based opportunities at various stages of maturity.
  • Working closely with both internal and external stakeholders and have the capacity to manage client expectations through the ups and downs of a typical project lifecycle.
  • Closing the opportunity and securing the contract.
