About the Role

KBR currently has an excellent opportunity for a Trainee Records & Learning Management Systems Administrator to join our Training Support team in the delivery of high quality learner management support activities and coordination and maintenance of trainee records of training conducted for Royal Australian Navy (RAN) trainees at our Technical Training Faculty, located at HMAS Cerberus site on the Mornington Peninsula.

Skills and Experience

To secure this position, ideally you will possess a current Certificate IV in Business Administration or equivalent business experience with proven ability in data processing and the use of computer-based systems, including Microsoft Word & Excel, graphics programs, databases and data record management systems.  It is expected that you will be able to demonstrate your sound knowledge of administrative procedures and their application.    Experience in learning management systems and knowledge of reporting systems and processes typically used in a technical training environment would be advantageous.

This role requires you to be highly organised, have exceptional communication skills and enjoy managing multi tasks.

Appointment to this position is contingent upon obtaining a Defence Security Clearance which includes being an Australian citizen.
