This federal government body's sole purpose is to promote harmonious, productive and compliant workplace relations in Australia. They are now seeking an experienced APS4 Executive Assistant in a non-ongoing capacity for 12 months, interested in S26 transfer candidates
Your new role
As the Executive Assistant you will be working to the Director of the Branch. Your typical Duties include, but are not limited to:
◼ Secretariat support for agency committees, including coordination of meetings, papers and events, taking minutes for key meetings and diary management.
◼ Monitoring of key deadlines and activities, through the use of Microsoft Outlook and other tools including OneNote.
◼ Monitoring and managing emails and calls and responding on the ED’s behalf.
◼ Managing and reconciling travel arrangements.
◼ Creating reports to collate and present data using a range of computer systems, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
◼ Financial reconciliation and undertaking purchasing and payment of accounts.
◼ Liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
◼ Undertaking projects as requested.
◼ Supporting other senior managers across the branches.
◼ Providing administrative support
