Senior role available within a global Systems Integrator / Managed Service Provider for a commercially minded leader. Think business management with large scale P&L responsibility. You must be a creative and strategic thinker, ideally with a strong Account Management and/or Service Delivery Management background within outsourcing and managed service environments.
This role sits in the middle of the Sales and Delivery organisations and has direct head count responsibility of fifteen, including four direct reports. The opportunity has become available due to an internal regional promotion and is seen as a key leadership position in the Canberra business. You will be responsible for overseeing effective account and service management across their full federal government client portfolio. This will include being accountable for: customer P&L’s; managing SLA’s; managing contractual obligations; negotiating scope of delivery with customers; improving profitability, and growing and retaining customer accounts.
A strategic thinker, capable of delivering direction, solutions and fully committed to providing impeccable service, is required. Those that challenge the status quo and think creatively when crafting customer approach will excel. This role is crucial to supporting the success of service delivery capability.
