An exciting project support role - 12 month contract- WFH to begin- $50-55 plus super per hour

A well known Victorian transport company is seeking an experienced Project Adminstrator to coordinate all administration activities on a brand new project.
Your new role
Supporting the Project Managers you will coordinate the administration activities for Project team including document control, financial invoicing and receiving, correspondence management and administration support. The role is initially for 12 months with a strong chance to extend. The role will initially work from home with a transition to a site office when safe to do so. The team is fairly new and have a good culture of collaboration, they are sociable but get the work done.
What you'll need to succeed
You must have a strong track record of administration support to a project that is demonstrated on your resume. This is not a Project Manager role and applications from Project Managers will not be considered. You will be the person that facilitates and enables others to complete their management roles.
You will some experience in invoicing and document control. Experience in Maximo and Sharepoint will be highly regarded. You will have strong attention to detail and understand the need to meet deadlines. You will have an ability to build strong relationships with all stakeholders on the project and and be able to plan and prioritise.
You must live in Melbourne and have full working rights to be considered for this position.
