This position has a dual purpose – supporting the sales / business development activities as post-sale point of contact for corporate accounts, together with all related liaison with the internal technical and data processing teams. It involves a wide range of customer communications, handling queries in the first instance, escalating these as necessary and providing account management support. It is a pivotal role interfacing between customers, the sales and internal data teams and technical specialists.
The administrative aspects of the position will involve order processing and associated input to systems, the preparation of reports, invoicing, updating customer records, etc. A comfort around IT systems and possibly software driven solutions, CRM software and MS Office (Excel and Sharepoint in particular) will enable you to provide effective first level support to customers, prior to escalating queries
We are seeking experience as a Customer Service Administrator / Manager, ideally coupled with Certificate level qualifications in a business or systems related field. Experience in a business which emphasised a pro-active customer service culture is sought, together with organisational and multi-tasking skills, attention to detail and a cut-through and succinct communication ability.
