What you will be doing…

This position is located in the Customer Excellence team (part of Sales), who’s purpose is to embed a customer-centric culture & ​drive profitable customer behaviour and plans.

With one direct report, as Go to Market Manager, your mission is to ensure the Developer and Media sales teams are ready and effective to drive revenue outcomes. The GTM manager executes the go to market strategy, driving collaboration with internal stakeholders.

In addition, you can expect to:

  • Own the sales go to market plan aligned to strategic business priorities, working cross functionally to drive the most profitable initiatives with greatest customer impact
  • Work with Sales product teams to understand their roadmaps and key initiatives
  • Articulate these (often complex) initiatives in a simple way, so that sales can effectively communicate with our customers
  • Coach, mentor, supervise and develop the Associate Go to Market to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to perform in their role whilst recognising their potential
  • Identify, set and lead the Associate Go to Market in achieving set goals and objectives whilst inspiring them to be their best
  • Project manage key initiatives by bringing the right people together to get things done
  • Design and deliver tailored product training and tools, to ensure sales are set up for success in market

What we’re looking for…

To set yourself up for success in this role you will have ideally gained experience in the following areas (helpful tip: you might want to make sure this is on your resume before you submit it):

  • Adapt and thrive in an evolving environment
  • Demonstrated established experience in a sales enablement/Go to Market role
  • The ability and previous experience of working with sales teams along with a variety of key stakeholders
  • Take complex information and make it simple
  • Demonstrated leadership experience
  • Strong PowerPoint and other presentation skills
  • Negotiate and influence with key stakeholders
  • Demonstrate strength in their convictions while being collaborative and flexible with direction
