A successful award winning and rapidly growing IT consulting firm are currently seeking a customer focused Administrator to join their thriving Melbourne team. Your new role
Your main objective as Administrator will be to provide seamless support to the Sales team whilst providing first class customer service to their broad range of clients, day to day duties will include:

  • Respond to all client queries
  • Assist with preparing proposals and commercial contracts
  • Contact clients on behalf of the sales team for various information
  • Prepare various reports and pricing quotes
  • Coordinate and attend sales meetings
  • Assist with invoicing
  • Assist with digital marketing activities as required
  • General administration and sales support duties


What you'll need to succeed
Be successfully you will either; have experience working within, or have a passion for the IT industry along with the following:

  • Experience working in a similar sales support role or other administrative experience - preferred
  • A passion for customer service and be confident speaking with a wide range of stakeholders and varying levels
  • Ability to build strong rapport and lasting relationships
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • High attention to detail with strong problem solving skills
  • Self motivated, eager to learn and build your career
