Sales Administrator & Receptionist

We are a successful WA agency with a boutique feel, located within the beautiful South West and with four branch offices, we have a reputation for exceptional service and innovative marketing and real estate practices. We require a full-time Sales Administrator/Receptionist to support our Bunbury based Sales Executives and work within the larger administration and marketing team. The role provides the opportunity for support within our other branch offices from time to time, as well as comprehensive training, development and a working environment that is highly process driven and team focused.

The Position

In the role of Sales Administrator and Receptionist, you will provide primary administrative support to our sales team, reporting to the Administration & Marketing Manager and working as part of a large administrative team. This is an all-encompassing sales support role where your primary focus is to ensure everything is on track and runs in a timely manner. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Customer service for both internal and external clients; including answering incoming calls, greeting clients and directing to the appropriate person
  • Diary and email management
  • Preparing agreements and documentation
  • General administration tasks
  • General reception tasks
  • Responding to incoming enquiries
  • Contract compliance
  • Preparing reports
  • Preparing property marketing, and processing of new files including sales transactions
  • And much more!

The Person

The ideal candidate for the role of Sales Administrator will:

  • Possess a great attitude with a team focus
  • Have immaculate presentation
  • Have a high standard of reading, writing and verbal communication skills
  • Possess excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail
  • Have excellent computer skills; encompassing word, excel, outlook, publisher; and the ability to learn new software (web-based) quickly
  • Have excellent customer service and problem-solving skills

Previous experience within the real estate industry is not required, however would be an advantage.

We are also looking for a someone/a second team member to join our Bunbury team in this entry level position. No employment experience is required. This would mean for the successful candidate the opportunity to be trained, learn and grow within an experienced team and begin your administration and or real estate career.

This is a full time position, with the hours of employment being 8.30am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday.
