We are looking for Support Workers to support a family to continue living in a safe home environment.
Due to disability, supports may involve dealing with challenging behaviours and high pressure situations.
Our ideal candidate is someone who is resilient with good personal and professional boundaries and good understanding and appreciation of Aboriginal culture.
At the end of the day, they need assistance from strong individuals to make them feel safe and secure.
We require availability for two 4pm-9pm shifts per week as well as some overnight awake shifts and leave covers.
