Why work for Cladding Safety Victoria?
Victoria is the only state or territory in Australia that has taken decisive action to find and fix dangerous combustible cladding to ensure the safety of building occupants. Victoria has developed a robust audit and risk methodology, now used across the country to understand the combustible cladding risk exposure to communities.
The purpose of CSV is to further enhance this methodology by supporting Victorian apartment owners to make their buildings safe and compliant. Initially a selection of buildings will be part of a pilot program of rectification which will inform expansion of the program to other buildings over time.
