Your role in our future.
As our one of our ERAS nurses you will champion and co-ordinate the ongoing development, dissemination and appraisal of the Enhanced Recovery After Surgery (ERAS) program at Peter Mac. This will involve auditing compliance to the ERAS pathway during all phases of patient care using the ERAS interactive audit system. The candidate should have the ability to translate audit results into meaningful data, and develop potential solutions, such as relevant and timely feedback and education. The role is on-going and currently part time (16 hours/fortnight).

- Uses and promotes effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team.
Planning and delivering education and mentoring sessions for staff at Peter MacCallum.
Ability to be self-directed and work autonomously.
