Service Advisor


Miedecke Motor Group, is seeking an experienced Service Advisor with the initiative and drive to deliver excellent customer service.

Applicants must possess excellent communication skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure, and allay customer concerns.

The role will be dedicated to specific Brands within the business, but as 1 of 4 Service Advisers, teamwork is critical to ensure the smooth flow of work through the service department. Therefore an adept understanding of our business and the environment in which we operate is vital to exceed the expectations of our customers.

Previous experience is preferred but not essential, but to succeed you will need to have a confident and pleasant manner, together with exemplary organisational skills.

An automotive understanding and PC literacy is mandatory, and knowledge and experience of the 'Titan' dealer management system would be an advantage.
