The NDIS Directorate Intake Worker role is vital to the success of the Latrobe Community Health Services NDIS programs. Intake is often the participant’s first point of contact with our program, providing vital initial communication, information provision, and appointment management responsibilities. The NDIS Directorate Intake Worker will support all regions intake teams as needed to ensure meetings are secured in a timely manner and that participants have accurate information.
The successful candidate will have demonstrated skills and experienced in administration tasks, use of customer management databases, and an ability to communicate with diverse individuals to fulfill the role of NDIS Directorate Intake Worker.
