About the Position
As the face of headspace Darwin, you will provide high quality professional reception coverage to ensure the provision of youth-friendly, family inclusive and culturally respectful professional services to the community as required at the headspace Darwin service. This will include: welcoming participants, staff, visitors and the general public, booking participant appointments, arranging vehicle and room bookings, providing information and managing general queries. You will also provide direct administration assistance to teams based at the Casuarina site. To be successful you will have a minimum 2 years’ experience in office administration, preferably in a medical background, have the ability to work outside of ordinary hours between Monday to Friday and be able to start ASAP!

Please note: It is a requirement that prior to commencing in this role, you must possess an Ochre Card (Working with Children Clearance), a National Criminal History Check (within 3 months) and a current Northern Territory manual driver’s licence.
