Office Administrator


6 month full time contract for an Office Administrator based in the Northern suburbs with on site parking
Your new company
Based in Glenorchy, this well-known business was established over 30 years ago and specialises in service such as commercial Air-conditioning and General Sheetmetal. There is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Office Administrator to join the team on a full time 6 month contract.

Your new role
As the Office Administrator your core duty will be to provide support to the Directors to achieve successful operational outcomes for the business. These duties will includes;

  • Creating and maintaining the registers for both programmed and corrective maintenance
  • Workflow management, job scheduling and follow up outstanding work orders
  • Assist with tender submissions
  • Creation of subcontract documentation
  • Other admin duties as required

What you'll need to succeed
As the successful candidate, you’ll have demonstrated experience in a similar role, excellent communication skills (Both written and verbal), and a proven track record of general administration gained by practical experience. You’ll have excellent time management skills, outstanding attention to detail, and a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically Excel. Previous experience with Simpro software would be highly desirable.
