  • Working directly with communities Are you passionate about place-based approaches to global challenges? This position is a unique and exciting opportunity to drive greater collaboration around energy and climate change activities in the Loddon Mallee region.

The Community and Partnerships Program Officer will undertake meaningful communication and engagement functions and be involved in coordinating and delivering project activities. The role will be best suited to an independent thinker, who is highly organised and can deal with dynamic environments. The successful candidate will have experience in building strong stakeholder relationships through equitable and robust customer service.

Specialist/Technical Expertise/Qualifications

  • Community Engagement through co-design and collaborative approaches.
  • Digital and analogue communication skills.
  • Advanced technology skills (software applications) and the capacity to adapt to new programs and systems rapidly.
  • Knowledge of climate change and renewable energy is desired.

This is a fixed term position available until 31 December 2021, based at Bendigo.
