We currently have an exciting opportunity available for a Case Manager to join our Insurance for NSW business located at our Parramatta office on a permanent basis.
As a Case Manager you will work in partnership with NSW Government agencies on Closed Scheme Claims and provide proactive claims management that helps injured workers return to health and work following workplace injury or illness.
Within the team you will work closely with stakeholders through case conferencing, claims reviews and onsite visits to ensure a safe and durable return to work. You will provide best practice claims management for your client portfolio, drawing on your exceptional customer service and decision-making skills to achieve return to work objectives. You will also be working in a flexible, positive and driven team environment.
