The Global and APAC Creative Team support in the execution of campaigns for Marketing, Brand, Corporate Responsibility and the Business Units across both Global and APAC Regions. Our aspiration is to be the experienced and trusted team collaboratively delivering targeted, creative and innovative work that builds our brand, inspires our clients and impacts our business.
The team’s scope of work begins with taking a brief from the business, through to Creative Development, naturally transitioning to Editorial Content, Video Production, Digital Design Strategy, UX and Social Media Strategy and Targeted Media Planning and execution.
What will your typical day look like?
This role will be part of the Global and APAC Creative team and will play an integral part in supporting the delivery of smart, strategic design outcomes for the biggest Global and APAC marketing campaigns.
You will be tasked to bring unexpected thinking to the design experience and work closely with stakeholders to design compelling and differentiated creative outputs. You will bring a strong design sensibility and demonstrate ability to communicate ideas. You will also demonstrate the ability to manage your own time and work with a degree of autonomy but understand when and how to reach out to the Global and APAC Creative team with a genuine drive to collaborate and support the wider team as well as mentor less senior designers.
You will also:
Bring well crafted, ideas-led design to all projects
Attend client briefings, brainstorms and contribute ideas on the best creative approach
Collaborate with fellow designers and stakeholders to bring differentiation with a smile
Build trusted relationships stakeholders
Understand and work within brand guidelines and be the brand’s guardian
Demonstrate the ability to manage your own time to meet deadlines
Thrive in ambiguity
Demonstrate a sense of humour and passion for leaving things in better shape than you found them.
Enough about us, let’s talk about you:
You will have;
Tertiary design qualifications and a minimum of 5-7 years’ agency/corporate experience
Sound understanding and experience in artworking for print and digital production
Strategic thinker with a natural flair for copywriting a plus
Understand the importance of working within brand guidelines
Excellent knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite including Indesign, Illustrator, Photoshop
Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite including Animate, After Effects highly desirable
Understanding of UX/UI highly desirable
Photography and illustration skills a plus
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office would be well regarded.
