About The Role

As a Customer Relations Consultant you will be the first point of contact for our residents, families and visitors, as well as being the face of the care home.


  • Provision of all reception services for visitors, residents and families within the care home
  • General administration support including mail, document preparation, banking and customer service
  • Placing orders and processing invoices
  • Filing and document control in line with Accreditation Agency Standards, customer service, reception etc
  • Assisting the Business Administrator with ad hoc requirements

Skills and Experience

  • Ideally a Cert III or above in Business Administration or equivalent experience
  • Previous experience gained in a similar role
  • Intermediate to advanced skills across the MS Office Suite
  • Highly developed organisation and time management skills
  • The ability to solve problems independently
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • An understanding of Resident Rights, Aged Care Accreditation Standards and Outcomes
  • Must have a current national police certificate or be willing to complete a criminal history check
