The role:

Right now, we have a Customer Service and Administration position available; the role will be located at our warehouse in Pemulwuy. The primary duties of this role include managing customer enquiries relating to the delivery of goods for our two very busy Snooze stores and fielding customer service (after sales) enquiries. The position is fast passed and requires excellent attention to detail and communication skills. You will need to be able to work well under pressure.

This is a full-time position working Monday to Friday; 8am - 4pm.

The successful candidate will be required to perform the following duties:

  • Manage paperwork and data entry for goods receipt, invoicing
  • Keep tabs on all orders and be able to advise customers on the status of their order and follow-up queries
  • Liaise with the warehouse manager and book deliveries
  • Manage all after-sales service enquiries with empathy and attention to detail

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A minimum of 2 years’ strong experience in Customer Service and Administration.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • A high focus on customer service
  • Familiarity and ability to use the Microsoft Office suite
  • Excellent time management skills
  • The ability to prioritise and re-prioritise effectively
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent personal presentation skills
  • Experience with PRONTO software is an advantage
  • A warm, friendly and team-spirited personality and can demonstrate initiative and reliability
