What you’ll do:

Due to strategic growth, we are looking for a National Mission Critical Lead. This role requires an expert who can drive success through strong market positioning, developing strategic partnerships and have the ability to propose and plan short to long term goals that meet our business needs.

With client centricity at the heart of this position, your role will be extremely dynamic and will evolve and change depending on the strategies agreed by you and our Property and Buildings Leadership Team; your input will be highly regarded.

This will be bolstered by the following critical measures:

  • Identify Business Development opportunities
  • Driving and increasing business revenue
  • Expanding the presence of WSP Australia and our Mission Critical sector
  • Coordinate with our established Global Mission Critical Team
  • Create and develop a high-performing Mission Critical team in Australia
  • Provide high level, innovative and strategic contributions to local and National projects

What we’ll love about you:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Science or Equivalent.
  • Professional Chartership/registration within jurisdiction, highly desirable
  • Typically 10+ years’ experience working in the Data Centres, Mission Critical sector
  • Expert and confidence in all aspects of business development
  • High level of leadership, client and people management skills
