About your new role

Working alongside our successful team, you will use an open communication style to engage with your customers. You will be working in a target driven environment, managing a high volume of inbound and outbound calls on overdue collection accounts. This role is not always easy, with some people that we talk to being reluctant to engage in a dialogue. This role requires persistence and resilience to have those challenging conversations with an end goal of assisting customers with their debts owed to Credit Corp Group.

Duties will be (but not limited to)

  • Outbound calling
  • Inbound calling  
  • Payment negotiations and processing  
  • Investigative work and lead generation  
  • Complaints and objection handling

Skills and experience we value

  • Customer service or similar industries experience
  • Passion for results and a KPI driven environment
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • The ability to 'think outside the box’
  • Willingness to learn and take on feedback

  • Ability to handle a stressful situation appropriately
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously is a must
  • Intermediate computer literacy

Work From Home Eligibility Requirements:

  • Must have a PC (laptop or desktop) 
  • Must have reliable internet capable of continuously supporting excellent call quality and high-speed response rates -  at least 15 MBPS download and 5 MBPS upload speeds
  • Unlimited internet data plan 
  • Have a quiet and private location from which to work including a suitable desk and chair
  • A webcam or the ability to connect to video conferencing via your phone or tablet
  • We’ll provide some other equipment you’ll need such as a headset and some tech requirements
  • Ability to work 1 out of 4 weeks at our Parramatta office to stay engaged and connected with your team
  • Available to start: 26th of October 2020
