The purpose of this role will is to assist in the efficient and effective delivery of materials to our Home Library service Clientele. You will participate in general library activities such as shelving,shelf tidying, work regular desk shifts at service points and provide quality customer service.

Salary: Employment is in accordance with the NSW Local Government (State) Award. This position is placed in Grade 4 of the new Cumberland Salary Structure with a salary range of $27.03 - $31.09 per hour, plus superannuation.
The commencement salary will depend upon the successful candidate's qualifications, experience and competencies.
Conditions of Employment: This position is permanent, part-time position working 28 hours per week. Hours are rostered between Monday and Saturday, depending on the branch requirements and rostered shifts.
Regular shift would be as outlined below:
This position will be rostered to work from the Auburn and Merrylands Libraries, however you may be working across any branch of the Cumberland Council Library Service.
