We are looking for a proactive and driven Executive Assistant to provide executive level support and coordination for our Corporate Services Executive Directors. Reporting to the Executive Director, you will be responsible for a range of secretarial and administrative tasks including diary management, preparation of board papers, assisting with agendas and presentations as well as liaising with a range of stakeholders to help support the Executive Directors.

In addition, you will play an integral role in providing assistance and support to the Executive Directors broader team. This will involve events coordination, travel bookings, invoice management, credit card reconciliations and documentation management.

To be successful you will have:

  • Previous experience as an Executive Assistant where you have provided support at an Executive Manager/Director level
  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications including Outlook, Excel PowerPoint and Word
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to liaise with stakeholders at different levels
  • A high degree of professionalism and judgement with the ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
  • Relevant practical administration experience
  • Proven ability in being proactive and balancing conflicting priorities and working to tight deadlines
  • Excellent time management and the ability to work in an autonomous environment
