The Associate Client Development Manager serves as the primary business contact for clients and is responsible for account management and client satisfaction. This role is expected to consistently provide excellent customer service to our external clients’ accounts, as well as represent client needs and goals within the organisation to ensure quality. In addition, the role will establish and build close working relationships with clients to encourage new and repeat business opportunities.
