The Role

An excellent opportunity currently exists for a resilient and energetic self-starter to join the Electrical Technologies team as a Client Services Manager. We are seeking a suitably qualified and experienced person to manage the projects within NSW.

You will be responsible for ensuring the service specific deliverables of the specifications of the service agreement are delivered in a safe, successful and profitable manner in accordance with the client's expectations and agreed contractual obligations.

Skills and Experience

  • A successful track record in a general or specialist management role gained in a significant operating division of a larger company

  • Exposure to managing operational support functions such as finance, HSE or human resources as well as managing other subsidiaries or divisions

  • Exposure to dealing with senior management groups and company boards

  • A background in the construction, contract management or other industrial services related industry

  • Having a strong understanding and extensive experience in project management

  • Creativity and initiative combined with a can-do attitude

  • The ability to work as part of a team

  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, high numerical abilities and excellent presentation and relationship management skills

  • A strong commitment to and understanding of quality and OH&S management systems
