Salesforce Administrator - Customer Success Specialist

ProQuest Consulting is a Salesforce Platinum Partner with almost 10 years of experience, building various Salesforce solutions for a wide range of companies, of various sizes across many industries. We are looking for an enthusiastic and energetic problem solver full of positive energy with a can-do attitude.

The role of our Customer Success Specialist is to be the main point of contact for our customers once their Salesforce implementation is live. Our Customer Success Plans represent ProQuest's commitment to make sure our customers fully adopt the Salesforce solutions we build for them, and achieve the innovation that Salesforce promises.

During project release phases, you will be trained by our Consultants on the delivered solutions, the business problems they solve, the implemented architecture and their various features. You will gain exposure to dozens of recent solutions, including those built on Sales and Service Cloud, Field Service Lightning, Consumer Goods Cloud, Community Portals, Lighting Web Components, Heroku, Mulesoft, and much more. As the main point of contact for Customer Success, you will be the trusted advisor from our customers to respond to their enquiries either by addressing them yourself, or working closely with our Consultants towards a resolution.

On the longer term, this role represents a great opportunity to be trained and develop leadership and management skills, as we have a strategic objective to significantly expand this part of our practice. It means that you will be in the driver seat to build a team for Customer Success, coordinate work execution and ensure quality assurance across the deliverables.

  • a solid understanding of the Salesforce platform, products and ecosystem
  • 3 years minimum of Salesforce experience as Administrator
  • excellent oral, written and presentation skills
  • outstanding attention to details
  • a friendly and bubbly personality
  • enjoys context switching and simultaneously working across several engagements
  • located within Australia (Sydney or Canberra preferred)

Extra points for having...

  • Salesforce Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud certifications
  • experience in a consulting environment
