This large Federal Government Department leads and works closely with other agencies to achieve results for the Australian Government and community.
About the role:
This position has a number of focuses, including a focus on upcoming recruitment of new cohort across various programs, and reviewing/enhancing employment programs.
Your duties will include:
developing a yearly program schedule
managing and facilitating all components of the annual Graduate recruitment process
reviewing and enhancing employment programs
developing a learning and development curriculum for each program
reviewing and enhancing processes, including SOP’s, newsletters, social media etc.
And plenty more!!
This position will be for a 12 month tenure, and is highly rewarding. Some travel may be required for blocks during the year.
This is a non-ongoing opportunity.
Skills and experience:
Applicants with previous experience managing employment programs, or a comprehensive knowledge of Graduate Programs (or similar) will be highly regarded.
Succesful applicants must demonstrate leadership and have strong experience in coordinating multiple activity streams.
