Professional Pathways Leader

The Professional Pathways team provides accreditation and education programs for aspiring leaders of the legal profession. The role of the Professional Pathways Leader is to manage, plan, administer and report on the process and activities for the Professional Pathways Department.


Key responsibilities include planning, facilitating and coordinating program logistics, engagement with stakeholders and advisory committees – specifically leading the assessment design and development process; and oversight of continuous improvement and compliance requirements of the pathway’s programs.

The successful candidate will demonstrate:


  • Understanding of curriculum development, assessment and/or evaluation in education at the, tertiary or postgraduate level
  • Demonstrated experience in assessment design, development and delivery (tertiary or postgraduate level)
  • Developed understanding of commercial and financial considerations
  • Demonstrated experience in managing and driving projects and/or programs
  • Highly developed verbal and written communication skills
  • Effective analytical skill and ability to translate to the context and environment
  • Presenting and facilitating at workshops and meetings
  • Demonstrated experience in initiating and implementing improvements to address changing educational requirements
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to develop and maintain positive relationships and communicate effectively with a wide variety of stakeholders
  • Demonstrated excellent time management and organisational skills and attention to detail

Qualifications: University degree, ideally with a Qualifications in, Education, Training and Assessment
