Customer Service Officer

The Role
To establish and maintain customer relationships by exceeding customer expectations of service in line with company values and procedures.

Taking a large number of inbound calls, assisting customer with queries
Providing requested information to customers in regard to their accounts
Contact point and follow up for customer queries/complaints
Maintain positive relationship with all customers
Support the Sales team by providing information/assistant as required
Liaise with relevant internal departments to resolve customer account queries & issues
Liaise with relevant departments regarding stock availability and delivery issues
Provide support to export, freight and logistics departments as and when required.
Manage processing credit requests
Data entry

This role will start immediately, after a few days in the office training (CBD), will be working from home for initially 5-month period with ongoing potential

About You
To be successful in this position you will have the following skills:
Experience in a customer service or contact center environment.
Microsoft Dynamics AX experience
Excellent communication skills - written and verbal.
Excellent telephone manner.
Problem solving skills.
Ability to achieve and exceed targets.
Ability to work as part of a team
Conflict resolution.
Complaint resolution.
