Assistant Director ICT Operations

Our Federal Government client has an opportunity for an Assistant Director of Service and Asset Management. They will be responsible for managing a multidisciplinary ICT Support team that is geographically dispersed throughout Australia. They will oversee the day to day ICT Asset Management across Onsite and Executive ICT support Services. The Assistant Director of Service and Asset Management will be required to develop a wide range of knowledge regarding the department's ICT operational environment to deliver a consistent and high level of customer service support across the Agency.

Skills / experience required:
  • Demonstrated minimum 3 years' experience leading teams to deliver ICT Support through ICT management frameworks such as ITIL.
  • A well-developed understanding of the ICT Asset Lifecycle and advanced knowledge of hardware and software asset management is expected
  • Demonstrated experienced in managing ICT support arrangement through third party vendors.
  • Demonstrated a strong commitment to meeting agreed work targets and standards
  • Demonstrated strong leadership in operational environments.
