Digital Strategist, Google Customer Solutions

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 4 years of experience in advertising sales, business development, and/or online media environment.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience with directly driving business growth and building relationships with senior/C-level stakeholders.
  • Experience in sales, digital marketing or e-commerce.
  • Experience in cross-collaborative stakeholder management.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.
  • Demonstrated sales and business acumen in previous roles.
  • Proactive, organized and responsible, with an ability to work well with a team.

As a Digital Strategist within the Accelerated Growth Team, your passion for sales will drive you to identify, strategize and grow key client prospects within a segment of the Google Customer Solutions ecosystem.

The Accelerated Growth Team is a team who are passionate about selling, building pipeline, managing their book of business and are driven to overachieve a growth goal. Within this role, you collaborate with our Account Management teams to devise strategies and accelerate growth across your client portfolio and set them up for sustainable growth on our platforms. You'll work amongst a highly engaged and passionate team, bringing a growth mindset and creative thought leadership to drive innovative growth to our clients and the Google business.

Responsibilities
  • Prospect clients, identify leads and build sustainable relationships.
  • Deliver on strategic targets, while prioritizing and delivering outstanding customer experience to Google's advertisers.
  • Manage business growth pipeline and develop a strategy for sustained success.
  • Build compelling, data-driven long term client and agency plans, to develop and deliver advertising solutions to optimise customers’ accounts, and contribute strategically to the growth and direction of Google’s products and services.
