Digital Strategist, Small To Medium Business

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2 years of experience in advertising sales and media account management.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in sales and account management, across digital marketing, eCommerce or consulting with a focus on long term client relationships.
  • Experience in managing senior client relationships and managing client conversions in a professional manner.
  • Knowledge of business and user management.
  • Ability to develop and sustainably grow customer partnerships.
  • Ability to prioritize, plan and organize business activity while staying detail-oriented.
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills.

Responsibilities
  • Be a customer success advocate through core business activity.
  • Manage trusted relationships with clients and develop digital solutions to help their business succeed.
  • Help grow the scope of clients’ accounts with Google Ads.
  • Manage portfolio business growth and meet the quarterly quota. Think of creative ways to improve our relationships with our clients and grow user business.
  • Persuade clients of the wider strategic opportunities in relation to Ads. Improve clients' campaign performance and their return on investment.
