Our client, a global reinsurance business, is looking for a talented Claims Specialist to join their team. In this role you will both manage claims, implement process improvements and build strong client relationships. Despite the times and COVID-19, this is a business which is growing on the back of the innovative solutions they provide and truly customer centric approach they take.
You will be joining an experienced and dedicated group of claims professionals who have a shared goal to produce high quality work and an exceptional client experience.
Being a reinsurance business, they are really only looking to hire top performers from the industry. You will have a true passion for claims and the ability and want to improve processes and outcomes. You will effectively also account manage so as well as claims knowledge, you will need to be someone who is comfortable building relationships and be able to negotiate, influence and build rapport.
