The ICT Support and Service Officer provides high quality customer support to ICT system users via remote technologies and onsite support for both level 1 and 2 incidents and requests. The ICT Support and Services Officer seeks to understand the customer's needs, document the issue and resolve incidents in accordance with Service Level Agreements. The ICT Support and Services Officer will be responsible for the closure of tickets logged within the IT Service Management Application within the service management lifecycle as well as the delivery end user training, creation of documentation and identifying areas of improvement. The ICT Support and Services Officer is to determine customer requirements and enhance and improve the overall customer ICT experience.
ASO4 $72,135 min p.a. - $75,616 max p.a.
