Our client is an established and recognised sports label with stores strategically located across the world. From the UK to Asia and everywhere else in between, this brand have designed stylish products with the consumer in mind and offer a huge range of men's and women's clothing made from quality fabrics, tailored fits and unique details.

A position has become available for an Store Manager to drive this brand forward in Miranda. You will be responsible for all aspects of retail management including staff supervision, achieving budgeted financial outcomes, high standards of visual merchandising and creating the ultimate customer experience!

About You:

  • An experienced retailer with minimum 2 – 5 years of experience in Store Management
  • Previous management experience within Large Format / Team preferred
  • Must have extensive experience in high volume stock management
  • A LEADER rather than a MANAGER
  • Willing to further grow and develop with the brand
  • Experience in training, coaching and developing team members
  • You have a proven track record in driving and exceeding set KPI's
  • Prior experience at effectively managing rosters and wage control
  • High level of written and verbal communication skills

Your Role:

  • Lead by example to set management expectations
  • Train, mentor and coach Team Members to work towards goals and succession planning
  • Manage team (Shop Floor & Back of House) to ensure that tasks are completed in an efficient and effective manner
  • Problem solving and ability to provide solutions
  • Produce and analyse required financial reports – i.e. Payroll
  • Build the business in line with our company vision and values
  • Proactive approach in loss prevention management
  • Ensure mannequins, displays and windows are updated in accordance with Visual Merchandising guidelines
