What we are looking for

We are seeking an energetic, self-driven and articulate professional who has a passion to make a difference in the world of Interventional Urology. This position is pivotal to continuing to drive our success during a period of accelerated sales growth.

Our sales team are in operating theatres and interact with many different people so it is important to understand the workings of a theatre and hospital environment. We measure ourselves on the development and maintenance of long term relationships which leads to ambitious growth and exceeding sales targets.

Key Role Responsibilities:

  • Covering Brisbane metro and extending to regional centres in QLD where necessary, (Cairns, Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast, Tweed Heads, Toowoomba).
  • Clinical support for our Men’s Health range of products
  • Support for surgeons and nurses in Urology
  • Promote and increase knowledge and usage of Interventional Urology products in Hospitals.
  • Manage, develop and grow new and existing customer accounts, including Key Accounts.
  • Build loyal relationships with customers at all levels; Specialists Nurses, Doctors, Procurement and Key Opinion Leaders.
  • Regularly present and promote products and their applications.
  • Maintain awareness of all sales opportunities, competitor activity and performance vs plan.
  • Attend exhibitions and conferences as required

We believe a successful Territory Manager at Coloplast requires a combination of:

  • Experience selling surgical products (Highly advantageous)
  • Great business acumen and the focus, determination and drive to achieve targets.
  • Clear and confident communicator with the ability to influence at all levels.
