As a result, the business is experiencing strong growth and we have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Salesforce Administrator to join our team based in Murarrie, Brisbane.
Working with key business stakeholders the Salesforce Administrator is responsible for the successful adoption and operation of the Salesforce solution within the organisation. They will use their strong knowledge of the platform to provide guidance in best practice and to support the users of the system in meeting their business goals. Working with development teams, they will manage the detailed design and delivery of enhancements and customisations in order to maximise the Salesforce investment. They will take an active role in configuration and data maintenance and will ensure that proper governance structures are in place to manage and facilitate change. Above they will be responsible for making Salesforce a living entity, championing the adoption of the platform throughout the business and ensuring that the system continually evolves to produce ever increasing value for the business.
The day-to-day life of the Salesforce Administrator will include:
Consulting with key business stakeholders to determine business requirements and recommend enhancements to improve implementation on the Salesforce.com platform.
Working with development teams to ensure the successful on-time delivery of customisations and enhancements.
Establishing of standards for data management and governance to ensure that the data in the system can fulfil reporting and integration needs.
Research changes in upcoming versions of salesforce.com and other integrated applications and providing recommendations when necessary to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Administering and maintaining the system workflows, customisations, documentation, training materials and data.
Training end users in the effective use of the system.
Providing timely and accurate Level 2 application support to all end users as per SLA’s.

What we are looking for
The successful applicant will be a great people and team person with a thorough working knowledge of Salesforce Lightning platform at an administrative or architectural level. Your ability to work with different stakeholders and provide a high level of support is essential. You will have:
Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage multiple competing demands.
Excellent communication skills (written & verbal) with experience training and coaching users on Salesforce
A collaborative approach with a proven ability to effectively engage key stakeholders at all levels of the business.
Strong understanding of change management, release and development processes
Proven Business Analysis experience.
Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
Education & Experience
Tertiary degree qualification.
Industry qualifications in Salesforce platform (Salesforce Certified Administrator or Sales Cloud Consultant) are highly regarded.
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in relevant applications support / business systems administrator / system administrator role.
Demonstrated experience with Salesforce automation tools including Flows, Process Builder and Approval Processes.
Previous experience with Salesforce CPQ, Pardot, or ERP management is highly desirable.
