Our Client is a boutique settlement agent located South of the River that offers a range of services with an emphasis in residential settlements. Due to ongoing growth, they now require an experienced Conveyancer. This is the perfect role for a candidate who is looking for work and life balance with flexible hours, stability in their workplace and be part of a dedicated team that enjoys building long term relationships with their clients and colleagues.
The Conveyancer will report directly to the Senior Conveyancer Manager, and work closely with a small team. A key objective of this role is to have the ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders and be a solid and supportive team member.

What you will be doing:

  • Liaising with clients, banks, agents, and other stakeholders
  • General administrative and office management tasks
  • Handling the sales and purchase of residential files from start to finish
  • File and database management
  • Conducting property searches
  • Building relationships with clients and delivering outstanding service

What you will need:

  • Minimum 3 years’ plus experience within the conveyancing sector
  • Demonstrated experience with PEXA and Setts Plus is essential
  • Strong ability to build strong and genuine relationships with clients and the team
  • Solid organisational skills with strong attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills
  • Outstanding work ethic and drive
