Your new company
Working for a federal government department your role will be to work autonomously under limited direction to deliver quality outcomes to procurement and contract activity to support the departments strategic direction.
Your new role
You will complete assigned procurement processes in line with internal policies, prepare procurement reports, support tenders through panels and open market approaches, publish tenders on Austender and manage contracts through strengthening working relationships with external stakeholders.
What you'll need to succeed
You will bring project management experience to plan, set priorities, manage time and reporting against procurement timelines. You will also bring experience analysing complex information and providing accurate advice and support on procurement and contract management.
What you'll get in return
While this role is for an initial contract, the position will be advertised in the future for permanency. Equally our client will consider permanent APS staff for an initial temporary secondment
