About The Opportunity:

Reporting to the Head of Marketing and CRM, this trade focused opportunity is all about driving ROI within the digital marketing metrics for our online and omni-channel. This is a huge opportunity to make an incredible impact to the company and you will add significant value through the following;

  • Develop and implement acquisition and performance strategies, including digital advertising, digital engagement and retention.
  • Manage digital performance strategy in line with business objectives and growth forecasts
  • Oversee paid digital performance channels including paid social, search, display and affiliate program
  • Daily optimisation of spend across all paid media channels
  • Manage development of performance measurement framework
  • Oversee 3rd party partners and platforms that assist in driving valuable scale for the business
  • Work cross functionally to ensure all activities are aligned with broader marketing campaigns
  • Management of agency relationships in delivery of performance marketing programs
  • Budget Management, forecasting and KPI management

What We Ask You To Bring To The Table:

  • Demonstrated success driving a strong ROI across digital marketing metrics
  • Highly experienced in digital marketing across trade
  • Strong understanding of digital channels
  • Outstanding experience influencing and managing the customer purchase funnel
  • Excellent Stakeholder management and working within cross-functional teams
  • Experience within retail highly desirable as is digital marketing qualifications
