Recruitment Consultant

We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant for a short-term assignment until December for one of our clients based approx. 20 km South East of Perth CBD. They are ideally looking for this person to start ASAP.


The Role

Some of the key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Take ownership of a portfolio within the business
  • Recruiting between 20-30 jobs at any one time
  • Creating/ posting job adverts
  • Attending interviews with hiring managers
  • Creating offers for successful candidates
  • Following company processes (police check, medicals, VEVO check)
  • Ensuring 100% compliance is adhered to
  • Liaise with key stakeholders within the business to understand their recruitment requirements
  • Providing feedback to candidates in a timely manner

Experience Required

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role (ideally internal recruitment)
  • Must have proven experience following strict processes and adhering to company compliance
  • At least 2 years' experience liaising with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs
  • A positive and pro-active approach to work
