Experienced Training and Development Lead required for a 3 month project based in Western Sydney
Your new company
For this 3 month assignment, you will be working for a large government agency who are currently going through a huge transformation project.
Your new role
You will be responsible for designing and delivering customised training programs using a blended, adult learning approach in consultation and collaboration with internal subject matter experts. You will build relationships with key stakeholders across geographically dispersed location, to coordinate L&D activities as required, this will include; training delivery, training reporting and tracking and learning sustainability programs.
What you'll need to succeed
•Qualifications or experience in adult learning and development, education and organisational development •Experience in designing, delivering & evaluating innovative blended learning solutions in a large organisation
