As receptionist, your duties will include but are not limited to:

Delivering 6 Star Service
Meeting and greeting clients
Managing all phone calls and mail
Providing administration and secretarial support to clients
Providing administration and secretarial support to General manager – Global
Assisting in planning and preparation of meetings, conferences, catering etc.
Assisting General Manager – Global in research, reporting and training
Opening and closing the location
Ensuring the floor is tidy and clean
Making beverages

Ideally, you and your background will have:
