A recruitment officer position based in south Sydney for a 12-month fixed term contract. Working with a close-knit team of 3 reporting into the recruitment manager this organisation is seeking someone who can hit the ground running and will be available for an immediate start.
Your new role
Reporting into the recruitment manager this role is to source suitable candidates using multiple channels to fill current vacancies quickly and efficiently. Your duties will include:

- A mixture of technical and volume recruitment
- Engaging with stakeholders across the business
- Effective communication to ensure recruitment needs are met
- Update the recruitment process and streamline the hiring process
- Contribute to effective business strategy implementation
- Facilitate administrative efficiency
- Promote and enhance employee contribution to the business
- Contribute to effective change management
You will be tasked with building strong internal relationships with hiring managers, so you understand the requirements and are best able to assist them. Liaising with recruitment agencies when required, be involved on screening shortlisting interviewing and on boarding of new employee's.You will be an experienced internal recruiter who is able to hit the ground running. Preferably have experience working within the government sector. This role requires excellent communication skills and full working rights.
