About the Role?

We currently have a rare and exciting opportunity to join our Member Experience division for a Member Relationship Advisor. You will provide a high level of advice, service and expertise to members in the Division. This will assists CPA Australia to deliver its vision of being known as the world’s best member service organisation as set out in the Corporate Plan.

This role involves being the local face of CPA Australia in the divisional offices servicing the members, providing administration support to the Divisional General Manager and Division where necessary. It will also involve assisting other Divisions when necessary. There is a strong focus on supporting the relationship between our NSW Council and Committee.

Key responsibilities include

  • Ongoing management and administration of varying projects from each Council/Committee/Branch or Discussion Group.
  • Collaborating and being the face of CPA with External Stakeholders
  • Organising Events and functions on behalf of CPAs Stakeholders.
  • Building collaborative working relationships with staff at all levels within the Division and CPA Australia.
  • Administrative support via meetings – agenda, minutes, action items
  • Telephone, email, Answering email inboxes to organizational wide standards, within the correct time frames.
  • Ensure all documentation and feedback is recorded within CPA Australia’s CRM.

What we are looking for

To be successful in this role you will be able to demonstrate:

  • Previous experience in a customer service or member services role
  • Experience working within a member-based organisation will be highly regarded
  • A collaborative approach to working with colleagues
  • Strong Time Management skills
  • Working knowledge Microsoft Office suite
