Customer Service Account Manager

The main focus of the role is to oversee a portfolio of assigned accounts, manage the relationship and develop new business from those existing accounts.

As the Customer Service Account Manager, you will…

  • Owning and managing the backlog product requirements – ensuring that there is a single prioritisation of all requirements.
  • create long-term, trusting relationships with our key accounts. The main focus of the role is to oversee a portfolio of assigned accounts, manage the relationship and develop new business from those existing accounts.

To be successful in the role, you should have...

  • relevant years’ experience in the Healthcare industry.
  • Experience liaising with C-Level executives in the healthcare industry.
  • Demonstrated account management experience.

Fixed Remuneration: $90,000 - $110,000
