Job Description

Looking for an Office Administrator to take care of our wholesale business providing natural stone to the construction industry via our Reseller Network.

Needs to be experienced in MYOB, be able to precisely manage stock control within our 3 warehouses, place orders and follow through to their delivery site.

Needs to be highly proficient with computers as position entails taking orders over the phone and via email, imputing them into MYOB and then coordinating with our warehouses (located Melbourne, NSW & QLD) to place the orders and ensure their delivery/pickup to our clients.

You need to be super organised, provide a cheerful and friendly disposition to callers and team members, while enjoy working in modern air conditioned offices located in Burwood Monday-Friday 9am - 5pm.

Providing Customer Service (with a Smile) is one of our key functions; being able to run an efficient office is also a Priority. In return you will enjoy working in a small, supportive, and loyal female team (with a few hard-working men thrown in).
